Sub-Ti and Sub-Ti Access at Final Cut in Venice 2025

SubTi Ltd (London) and SubTi Access Srl (Turin) are proud to reaffirm our longstanding collaboration with Final Cut in Venice, the Venice Production Bridge’s pivotal initiative that supports films in post-production from Africa and the Middle East. Now in its 13th edition, the program runs from 31 August to 2 September 2025, as part of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival.

Final Cut in Venice continues to play a vital role in advancing emerging cinematic voices—offering working copies of eight films-in-progress to producers, distributors, and festival programmers, alongside dedicated one-to-one meetings and a concluding awards ceremony.

We’re especially honored to contribute two dedicated awards: the Sub-ti award offers up to €7,500 for the creation of a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) master with Italian or English subtitles, ensuring strong international accessibility. The Sub-ti Access award, also offering up to €7,500, supports the creation of accessible content such as subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing and audio description for the blind and visually impaired. These awards reflect our commitment to cultural inclusivity and the vital role of accessibility in expanding a film’s reach.

SubTi and SubTi Access remain committed to supporting inclusive cinema flourishing on the international stage, alongside La Biennale’s prestigious €5,000 Biennale di Venezia Prize and a network of industry partners.
