SUB-TI and SUB-TI ACCESS are honoured to be part of this prestigious competition. We are very proud to offer two significant awards, recognizing the importance of high-quality subtitles and accessibility in film. These awards not only reflect our commitment to cultural inclusivity but also serve as a reminder to filmmakers of the vital role that good subtitles and accessible content play in reaching diverse audiences.

SUB-TI is offering a prize worth up to €7,500 for the creation of a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) master with Italian or English subtitles. This prize ensures that the winning film will have the technical resources needed to engage international audiences effectively.

SUB-TI ACCESS, dedicated to making cinema accessible to all, is also offering a prize of up to €7,500 for the creation of accessible content, including subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing and audio description for the blind and visually impaired. This prize underscores the importance of making films accessible to everyone, enhancing both the film’s reach and its impact.

Final Cut in Venice is a vital platform for filmmakers who face financial and logistical challenges in completing their projects. For SUB-TI and SUB-TI ACCESS, supporting these filmmakers is not just a professional duty but a commitment to the future of global cinema and the principle that cultural content should be inclusive and accessible to all.
